SERVICE OBJECTIVE(S): Understanding what it takes to live in Divine healing and health
WHAT IT TAKES TO LIVE IN DIVINE HEALING AND HEALTH:
5. Living in the Word (Prov. 4:20-22; Deut. 34:7; John 6:63; Ps. 107:20; Phile. 1:9; 1 John 2:14; John 1:5)
The release of the word is the release of healing; receiving the Word is receiving healing
Having the Word is having health; the deposit of the Word is the deposit of health
SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF THOSE WHO LIVED IN HEALTH BY THE WORD:
i. Moses: Moses received the Word from the Lord and released that same Word to the children of Israel (Deut. 34:7)
ii. Paul the Apostle (Phil1)
WHAT IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE WORD AND YOUR HEALTH?
5a. The Word transmits health, healing and wholeness to the recipients of the same (Prov. 4:22)
5b. The Word transmits the life of God (John 6:63)
We don’t study the Word for religious purposes; you study the Word to be well
Maintain a steady diet of the Word for your health and for your strength
5c. The Word transmits strength to its recipients (1 John 2:14)
You cannot be worded and be a weakling; to feed on the Word is to feed on strength
5d. The Word eliminates the activities of darkness (John 1:5)
6. Living with vision on purpose (Prov. 29:18; Gen. 37:5,7; 41:14; 50:26; Dan. 1:8; 6:10; 1:21; Heb. 11:27; Hab. 2:4; 1John 3:8; Eph. 3:20)
Living a life of vision that transforms into purpose translates into health
People of purpose and vision normally live to fulfil their days
People of purpose fulfil their destiny; they become who they are
SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF THOSE WHO LIVED IN HEALTH BY VISION/PURPOSE:
i. Joseph (Gen. 37:5,7; 41:14; 50:26)
ii. Daniel (Dan. 1:8; 6:10; 1:21)
iii. Abraham (Gen. 13:15; 12:1; 25:7-8)
iv. Job (Job 14:14; 42:10, 16)
To live a life without vision is to become an easy victim for elimination
WHAT IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN VISION AND YOUR HEALTH?
6a. Vision or purpose activates the forces of life and antagonises the forces of death (Prov. 29:18)
If you have nothing to live for, there may be no life to live at all
Place something ahead of you for which you are alive
Don’t think death, think life! Don’t think sickness, think future, think progress!
Until you see beyond the immediate you cannot access the ultimate
6b. Vision or purpose is a department of faith and faith is key to life (Heb. 11:27; Hab. 2:4)
6c. Vision or purpose facilitates renewal and transformation in the system (Gen. 30:37,39)
What you visualise is what you actualise
If you have 50 years to live, what would you do with it?
Whatever you focus on multiplies; focus on your pain and it will multiply but if you focus on vision, it will multiply
6d. Vision or purpose commands answers from God (Eph. 3:20)
God answers your asking and answers your thinking
There is no witch from any village that can bury the destiny of a man who is on course with Heaven
Be on course with God; it doesn’t matter how others died in your family, it can never be your portion!
7. Living in action (Eccl. 10:18; Gen. 12:1-5; 14:14-15; 22:3-5; 25:7-8; Prov. 24:30-31)
Idleness is foundation for decadence
Those who are more diligent with life are healthier
Everything dilapidates where dynamism is lost
Idleness is a magnet of weakness, sickness and illness
Parked vehicles automatically develop faults
Anything that is not working will not be worthy; worth is a function of work
Don’t abandon your life; don’t let anything confine you into idleness and laziness
SCRIPTURAL EXAMPLES OF THOSE WHO LIVED IN HEALTH BY LIVING IN ACTION:
i. Abraham (Gen. 12:1-5; 14:14-15; 22:3-5; 25:7-8)
ii. David (1 Sam. 16:11; 17:34-37)
WHAT IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN LIVING IN ACTION/DILIGENCE AND YOUR HEALTH?
7a. Activity unlocks vitality; inactivity facilitates infirmity (Eccl. 10:18)
Physical exercise and waking up in the morning with what to do keep you in health
If you don’t have work to do, give yourself what to do; assign your life.
Life is designed to be active, not stagnant or dormant.
Engage your mind, heart, mind, body, system and life.
7b. God identifies and companies with the active (1 Sam. 16:11; Mark 16:20; John 5:17)
When you are active you command the company of God
God blesses the hard worker
PRAYERS
Father, thank You for Your Word to us today; to You be all the glory, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I come before You today to receive fresh grace, appetite, yearning and hunger for Your Word, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I come before You today, I receive the grace to live on purpose; deliver me from aimless existence, Lord in Jesus’ Name.
Father, I receive the grace to live in the arena of action; deliver me from idleness and laziness of life Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
PROPHETIC DECLARATIONS:
– Every demonic mystery behind any miserable situation in your life, today, that mystery is dissolved!
– A long awaited expectation is being released now!
– Your vision is about to swallow up your pain, affliction, distraction and challenge
– Everything the devil has closed in your life is opened now!
– Every demonic embargo placed on your life by the devil is lifted!
